Responsibilities:

  • CONSULT homeowners and SELL home remodeling project (windows, doors, siding, roofs, patio covers, etc)
  • Conducting initial diagnostic appointment at customer's homes
  • Create and present detailed proposals and solutions using our online software
  • Utilize company Sales and Estimating Systems
  • Generate strong referrals from successful sales
  • Participate and support company Marketing efforts
  • Utilize company CRM
  • Master company product knowledge in order to relate to customers
  • Participate in weekly and monthly Sales Meetings

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years business experience (In-Home or Outside Sales experience preferred but not required)
  • Ability to build rapport and adapt to each customer and his/her situation through active listening
  • Use clear and concise communication
  • Professional demeanor and attitude
  • Goal-oriented, self motivated and driven to exceed sales goals
  • Computer literacy
  • Valid drivers license
  • High School Diploma minimum
  • Prior home improvement experience knowledge is a plus but NOT required
